Basic information about the Project

Grupa Deweloperska Geo (GEO Real Estate Development Group) has built and is starting to operate Phase One of a multi-profile specialist Geo Medical hospital located in Katowice (Silesia Region):

• 10 general wards plus surgery ward and imaging diagnostics ward,
• with total area of over 20,000 m2 and total number of beds: 267 in Phase I
• Outpatient clinic,
• 119 beds in Phase II (the third wing)

Phase III:

• The International Conference Center
• Hotel for the patients and their families
   
• The key strategic objective of the investment project is to develop a state-of-the-art centre offering top quality services rendered by experienced specialists.
• The project is oriented at hospitalisation procedures and specialist ambulatory care, which are most desired from the point of view of the society’s health needs, particularly in the region of Silesia.
• During his hospital business, the Investor plans to offer both commercial services, and services financed from the National Health Fund (NHF).
• By the end od the May 2017, all of outlays on construction will be finished and most of the equipment of the present investment phase (Phase I) will be purchased.
• The whole project includes: Geo Medical Hospital, The International Conference Center and hotel dedicated mainly to the our patients and they familie
• The Investor is currently searching for a business partner interested in participation in the hospital project – either in the form of debt financing, or in the project of capital contribution.
• In order to carry out the project an SPV has been established: 

- CMC “Geo Projekt 2” Sp. z o.o. Sp. K.  - owner of the hospital 
- GeoMedical Sp z o.o. – operator of the hospital
