The Benefits of the Project

The project involves further development of the extremely attractively land by constructing:
A Diagnosis & Therapy Centre, providing supplementary medical services in areas not covered by the hospital's activities, in order to support the functions of the hospital. The Diagnosis & Therapy Centre would offer a comprehensive range of medical care services for all groups of patients, including patients that do not require hospitalisation.
A hotel with a conference and training centre:
- offering a total usable area of 8,555m²;
- a modern training and conference building;
- high-quality audio-visual equipment for teleconferencing with a direct connection to the different medical units of the complex, among other things;
- a large number of conference and event rooms, plus the main room seating up to 500 people;
- 180 rooms for hotel guests, a hotel restaurant for 180 guests; plus an elegant and comfortable spa centre.
